Atlanta, GA. – September 18, 2008– Compliance 360, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for enterprise governance, risk management and compliance (eGRC), announced today that Tom Stitt, an IT security and compliance software industry veteran of 12 years, has joined the company as vice president of business development .

Prior to joining Compliance 360, Stitt was business line executive of vulnerability management and compliance software for IBM Internet Security Systems, a global leader in enterprise IT vulnerability assessment, protection and compliance solutions. During his 9 year tenure with the company, Stitt was instrumental in defining and marketing Internet Security Systems’ Proventia® Enterprise Security Platform that supported the company’s success in new product introduction and over a decade of growth.
