Compliance 360 Announces the GRC Performance Center™ for Real Time Risk Monitoring and Advanced Visual DashboardsAtlanta, GA. – April 27, 2009 – Compliance 360, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for enterprise governance, risk and compliance (eGRC) today announced the GRC Performance Center™, a new solution within the Compliance 360 suite of applications. Leveraging proprietary technology, the GRC Performance Center allows data across the enterprise to be queried, analyzed and displayed within a system of highly visual alerts and dashboard monitors. The GRC Performance Center provides real-time notification of risk events throughout a company’s environment to support comprehensive monitoring and control of strategic risk management initiatives. For example, the GRC Performance Center may be used to monitor a wide variety of key risk indicators (KRIs) such as 3rd party compliance risks, the status of new employee education programs, identity theft red flags, undocumented (side-bar) agreements, or other key risks that require real-time monitoring and alerting. “With the addition of the GRC Performance Center, our customers can monitor key risk indicators across their organizations, regardless of the data source,” said Steve McGraw, president and CEO of Compliance 360. “Providing proactive alerts and graphical dashboards based on customer-defined thresholds, Compliance 360 will serve as the GRC system-of-record for monitoring key risk indicators for fraud, regulatory violations, vendor compliance and many others. With these proactive warning mechanisms in place, our customers can further protect their brands through early detection and containment of potential issues.” Added McGraw, “Leveraging the flexibility of the GRC Performance Center, we will deliver fully-operational, industry-specific applications for monitoring performance and risk.” Compliance 360 has formed industry-focused workgroups to define and establish industry-standard key risk indicators. Initially, Compliance 360 has formed industry workgroups for Healthcare and Insurance, with plans to form a workgroup for Financial Services later in 2009. The KRIs resulting from the industry workgroups will be available to Compliance 360 customers in pre-packaged, industry-specific frameworks for rapid implementation. Centene Corporation, a leading multi‐line healthcare enterprise, is one of the participating companies in the Insurance Industry Workgroup. According to Robert Miromonti, Vice President of Ethics and Compliance, Centene Corporation, “I am pleased with the rapid progress the workgroup has made with the new GRC Performance Center from Compliance 360. We have already defined and developed a number of key risk indicators that will help us better manage our business and monitor our risks across the organization”. The GRC Performance Center will be generally available for customers in Q2 2009. About Compliance 360
