Atlanta, GA. – August 9, 2010 – Compliance 360, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for enterprise governance, risk management and compliance (eGRC), today announced record revenue for the first six months of FY 2010 ending June 30th, 2010.

Performance highlights include:

• 54 percent increase in GAAP revenue compared to the same period in 2009.   
• Sales of new products to existing customers increased 150 percent compared to the same period in 2009.
• New customer accounts added at an annual growth rate of 28 percent since June 30, 2009. 
• 25 customers representing 211 customer facilities went live with Compliance 360 applications during the first six months of 2010.
